This policy explains when Auto Ollie monthly subscription charges can be refunded.

Free trial

New customers may receive a 14-day free trial. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged for the monthly subscription.

Monthly subscription refunds

We offer refunds only for your current monthly billing period. A refund request must be made within 30 days of the most recent monthly subscription charge.

Refunds do not apply to charges older than your latest monthly payment, to multiple past billing periods, or to amounts outside the most recent monthly subscription fee, except where required by law.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email support@autoollie.uk with the account email address used for your subscription and a short description of the issue. If your payment was processed by Paddle, we may ask you to follow any verification steps needed to identify the transaction.

Cancellation

Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals. Cancellation on its own does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period unless we approve the request under this policy or a refund is required by law.
