Using Auto Ollie
Auto Ollie provides subscription software for automotive workshops and mobile service teams. You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and in line with these terms.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information entered into your account, for keeping login credentials secure, and for the activity that takes place under your account.
Subscriptions and billing
Auto Ollie is sold as a monthly subscription. New accounts may receive a 14-day free trial. Unless cancelled before the end of the trial or before the next renewal date, the subscription converts to a paid monthly plan automatically.
During the pre-launch founding-member offer, eligible subscriptions are billed at £25 per month. Once Auto Ollie is live publicly, new subscriptions will be charged at the then-current live rate, which will be at least £59 per month.
Payments are processed through Paddle. By subscribing, you also agree to any applicable checkout, billing, and payment terms presented by Paddle at the time of purchase.
Cancellation and access
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for charges already paid, except where stated in our refund policy or where required by law.
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, if the service is used unlawfully, or if continued access would create security, legal, or operational risk.
Service changes
Auto Ollie is still evolving. We may improve, modify, replace, or remove features from time to time. We may also update pricing for future renewals or new subscriptions by giving reasonable notice where required.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auto Ollie is provided on an as-available basis without guarantees that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every workflow.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Our total liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Auto Ollie for the subscription in the 12 months before the claim arose.
